  • Monica

    Monica grew up in New Hampshire and attended the University of Southern Maine, where she graduated in 2002 with a major in Social Science. She moved around a lot following graduation, living in both Santa Cruz and Los Angeles, California and later Nashville, TN. She has worked in Commercial Real Estate, Artist Merchandising, Personal Training and also enjoyed playing and singing in a band. In Nashville she met her husband and they relocated to the Chicago area in 2013 and started a family. She now lives in Mount Prospect with her husband and two young children. Monica started her Pilates practice in 2002 and it has been a constant in her life ever since. To her it is away to stay in good physical and mental health. After trying many different exercise programs over the years, she has found that Pilates is the best way to strengthen and lengthen her body, while also nurturing the mind and body connection. She decided to turn her love of Pilates into a fulfilling career, and completed the Club Pilates Certification Program. She is excited to be a part of the Club Pilates Team and loves the variety of equipment that can be incorporated into every class. She loves helping clients achieve their personal fitness goals and developing their own Pilates practice. She likes to be creative in her class flows and strives to always keep classes challenging.

    Hometown girl! Meghan grew up in Mount Prospect, attended Elmhurst College and graduated with a degree in Communications. She has always loved fitness, especially Pilates, and decided to expand her career by completing the 500 hour comprehensive Club Pilates Teacher Training Program. She strongly believes in the benefits of Pilates for everyone, and the importance of exercise for both physical and mental health. When she’s not doing Pilates, she enjoys spending time with her family and dog, Bingo. She also loves traveling, skiing, hiking and exploring different cultures.

    Helping people live happier, healthier lives has been a life pursuit of Iryna Pantelyuk. She began as a physical education instructor and then served Chicago Northshore suburban clients as a massage therapist- specializing in Ben Benjamin orthopedic and myofascial massage . In December of 2011, she became mat pilates Instructor certified by Symmetry Pilates. Her belief in Pilates grew since she has experienced positive changes in her clients body so she decided to go through full certification through Balanced Body Pilates. On May of 2012 she completed a comprehensive Pilates training program. Since she became certified, she has never stopped learning new approaches on myofascial lines, scoliosis, balance, gait, and so on. Her philosophy is: the more knowledge you have the more you can help each individual to have a happier and healthier life.

    Kelly is a STOTT Pilates Comprehensive Certified Instructor. In addition, she has also completed her 200 hour certifications in both Yoga and Thai Bodywork among an expansive resume of additional certifications and workshops. With over 20+ years teaching group classes and training clients, she really brings a jam packed tool box of knowledge and expertise to her work. She possesses a passion for teaching like no other. Her curiosity for movement in general and how it can affect one's personal life happiness, mind, body and spirit, along with her love for teaching is what really excites her. Kelly's own personal physical struggles allows her to empathetically greet her clients where they are today and encourages them to focus on what they can do vs what they cannot. She teaches to the body in front of her which means that no two classes or sessions look the same - similar, but different. Pilates is more than just a physical practice - it's a chosen lifestyle. She believes that Movement Matters! And that when you Breathe, Move and Connect, you will experience life to the fullest! "Seize the Day" is one of her favorite mantras!

    After spending more than 15 years as a human resources professional and trying different workout methods, my path crossed with Club Pilates and I immediately decided to become a Pilates instructor. Being active is important for a healthy life no matter what your age is and Pilates provides different levels of exercise that can be applicable to everybody. As an instructor, it is my goal to make sure the participants have an outstanding workout while having fun.

  • Kathleen

    Kathleen aspires to share the gifts of compassion, integrity, knowledge and diversity with clients. Participants can trust and respect that she will provide both safe and effective workouts to acquire uniform development, balance, inspiration and education. Kathleen has over 18 years of experience in Group Exercise, Coaching, Personal Training and Pilates Training. Her Pilates education includes: a Masters Certificate from The Pilates Center in Boulder Colorado, Full equipment and Mat Certification, Classic training of more than 800 hours and continuing, above the Barre training with Leslie Bender, TRX suspension system and rip stick training, BOSU certification, NASM and AFAA, and Pre-post natal pilates certification. She has also served as a Chicago Endurance sports coach for three years (triathlon and marathon coach). She has completed over 40 triathlons including 1/2 ironman and 2 ironman teams, and 3 marathons. Kathleen specializes in flexibility and core strength programs for runners, triathletes and golfers with a focus on pain relief, relieving muscular imbalances, and injures. Kathleen welcomes the opportunity to work with clients of all abilities and backgrounds. Her style incorporates moving at a quicker pace without sacrificing detail and precision essential for effective results.

  • Rachel

    Rachel grew up with a love of performing ballet. As a teenager she felt a calling to help others and spent her time in college majoring in psychology with a minor in dance. After some injuries, dancing was no longer an option. Upon taking her first Pilates class in January 2018, she fell in love. Since that first class, she has been a strong advocate for all the ways Pilates can heal the body. She has found her passion with Club Pilates. When she isn’t at Club Pilates Mount Prospect, you can find her at home cooking with her young son.

  • Yvonne

    Yvonne Taylor is a Stott Pilates Certified Equipment Instructor, National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, and Athletics and Fitness Association of America Group Exercise Instructor, with 15+ years fitness experience. Yvonne has provided services to a wide variety of clientele, including high level corporate executives at various medically based fitness facilities. In addition to providing Pilates instruction, Yvonne’s experience reaches beyond the Pilates and fitness studios as she has served as a manager of various medically based and corporate fitness facilities. When requested, Yvonne also provides fitness content for various fitness and wellness related publications. Yvonne’s personal goal is to help clients reach optimal health in the areas of strength, flexibility and functional training to provide clients with overall function and mobility. I like to make fitness fun while making sure clients know what they’re doing and why.
